I’m Andrea Winter, a certified health and wellness coach, yoga teacher, and women’s health advocate with over two decades of leadership experience in healthcare and women’s wellness. I help high-achieving women master the transition through menopause and midlife, not by doing more, but by embracing the pause

I know first-hand how overwhelming midlife can feel. From early health struggles to navigating my own challenging menopause transition, I’ve had my fair share of sleepless nights and brain-fogged meetings. What I’ve learned is that true transformation happens when we slow down, listen to our bodies, and enjoy the laughs along the way.

I’m also a bold voice in the midlife health movement, calling B.S. on the outdated belief that it’s all downhill after 50—and replacing it with something far more powerful: the truth that your next chapter can be your best chapter yet.

What is a Wellness Coach?

As your Wellness Coach, I am a dedicated partner in your journey to achieve and maintain optimal health and wellness. My role is to provide personalized support and guidance, helping you implement sustainable lifestyle changes that positively impact your overall well-being. With continuous learning at the core of my practice, I ensure that I am always equipped with the latest and most effective methods and insights. I don't prescribe therapeutic diets or medical treatments; instead, I offer informed guidance, accountability, and practical lifestyle strategies that focus on holistic well-being.

My approach blends science-backed lifestyle strategies with soulful, compassionate coaching. You’ll gain practical tools for stress reduction, sleep, nutrition, and self-care while reconnecting with your sense of purpose and joy.

I’ve seen too many women push through this transition feeling isolated, misunderstood, and unsure where to turn. I’m on a mission to change that!
